On the name

EKGIS (εκγις) — from the earth.

A compound from Ancient Greek: ἐκ — “from, out of” — and γῆς (gēs), the genitive of γῆ — “earth, land, ground.” Together, ek gēs: from the earth. A name to live up to. Tallow rendered from grass-fed beef, oils pressed from seed, botanicals distilled from leaf and root — materials the body recognizes because they came from one in the first place.
