Who we are
EKGIS Naturals is a small-batch body care studio operating out of Meridian, Idaho. Orders placed on this storefront are fulfilled by us directly — no marketplace middleman, no white-label drop-shipper.
About the products
Every product is made by hand in small batches. A few things follow from that:
- Batch variation. Slight differences between batches in color, texture, or scent intensity are expected. The formula is the same; the source ingredients shift seasonally and we let that show. Because everything is poured, packed, and finished by hand, how full a container looks can vary a little from one to the next, and whipped or aerated textures settle in transit — so a jar may arrive looking fuller or emptier than you expected. The net weight or volume printed on the label is what we fill to.
- Ingredient honesty. The full ingredient list is on every product page. If you have a sensitivity or are pregnant or nursing, do a patch test before regular use and consult a clinician if you’re uncertain. We’re a body care studio, not a medical practice — nothing on this site is medical advice.
- External use only. Our formulas are made with naturally derived ingredients, including ingredients that may also be used in foods or dietary supplements. That overlap does not make the finished products food-grade, edible, or safe to ingest. Every EKGIS product is a body-care cosmetic for external use only. Do not eat, taste, swallow, or otherwise consume it. Use products only as directed, and keep them out of reach of children and pets. If a product is swallowed, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 in the United States or appropriate local medical help; call emergency services for life-threatening symptoms.
- Shelf life. Our products use minimal preservation. Store cool and away from direct sun; use within 12 months of opening for best result.
Account and ordering
No account is required to buy from us. Checkout collects the contact and shipping details needed to fulfil and confirm your order, and is completed on a secure page hosted by the platform that runs our store. You can also create an account to look up past orders and start a return, but you never have to. We confirm orders by email within a few minutes of checkout; if you don’t see that email, check spam and then write to us.
Your information
What we collect, what we use it for, and who we share it with — including the advertising and analytics partners we work with and the platform that handles your support messages — is set out in our Privacy Policy. It forms part of these terms, and it is the authoritative version: where this page summarises it, that page governs.
Pricing, taxes, and order refusal
Prices on the storefront are in US dollars and exclude sales tax (added at checkout where applicable). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for out-of-stock items, suspected fraud, or pricing errors caused by a typo or platform glitch. In those cases we cancel before charging, or refund in full within 5 business days if the charge already cleared.
Shipping and returns
Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page, and that page governs wherever this summary reads differently. In short: handling time, delivery estimates, and shipping costs are set out there and quoted at checkout; unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval of the request; and if something arrives damaged or doesn’t agree with your skin, we’ll refund or replace it at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The EKGIS Naturals name, logo, product names, packaging design, photography, and website copy are all our work. Please don’t reproduce or use them commercially without asking first. For press, editorial, or stockist coverage, we’re happy to share assets — write to support@ekgisnaturals.com.
Reviews and anything else you post
If you write a review, you keep ownership of what you wrote. You give us permission to publish it on this site and to quote it in our own marketing, shown with the name you entered. We don’t publish your email address.
By submitting a review you’re telling us it is your own honest experience, that you have the right to submit it, and that it isn’t someone else’s work.
We read reviews before they appear and we don’t publish all of them. We may decline, redact, or later remove one that identifies another person, is abusive or off-topic, looks fabricated or paid for, or makes medical claims — that a product treats, cures, or prevents a condition. That last one isn’t squeamishness: these are body-care products, not medicine, and we aren’t permitted to publish claims suggesting otherwise, however genuinely they were meant. If you want your own review taken down, ask and we’ll remove it.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The products on this storefront are body care — they’re not drugs, supplements, or medical devices. Statements on this site haven’t been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to a refund of what you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that can’t legally be limited.
Automated and AI-assisted support
Some of the replies you get from us are generated by an automated assistant rather than typed by a person. It handles most questions well, and it can also be wrong. If you would rather talk to a person, say so and you will.
Automated responses are informational and provisional. Because AI can misunderstand context or generate inaccurate or incomplete information, an automated response is not a final decision, approval, promise, or authoritative statement by EKGIS. A member of our human support team may review, correct, withdraw, or override it.
Nothing an automated reply says changes these terms or our policies. If an assistant tells you something that contradicts this page or our Shipping & Returns page, those pages are what count. Where a decision about a specific order or request is needed, it is final only when confirmed by a human member of the EKGIS support team. Decisions about refunds, returns, cancellations, replacements, and policy exceptions are ours to make, not the assistant’s.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally — for new product lines, regulatory changes, or simply clearer language. The current version always lives at this page with a "Last updated" date at the bottom. Where a change materially affects an order you’ve already placed, we’ll aim to tell you directly as well — but checking this page is the reliable way to see where things stand.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute does end up in court, it belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Ada County, Idaho, and we both agree those courts have jurisdiction.
If you live somewhere whose consumer-protection laws give you rights you can’t sign away, nothing here takes those rights from you.
