Who we are
EKGIS Naturals is a small-batch body care studio operating out of Meridian, Idaho. Orders placed on this storefront are fulfilled by us directly — no marketplace middleman, no white-label drop-shipper.
About the products
Every product is made by hand in small batches. A few things follow from that:
- Batch variation. Slight differences between batches in color, texture, or scent intensity are expected. The formula is the same; the source ingredients shift seasonally and we let that show.
- Ingredient honesty. The full ingredient list is on every product page. If you have a sensitivity or are pregnant or nursing, do a patch test before regular use and consult a clinician if you’re uncertain. We’re a body care studio, not a medical practice — nothing on this site is medical advice.
- Shelf life. Our products use minimal preservation. Store cool and away from direct sun; use within 12 months of opening for best result.
Account and ordering
No account is required to buy from us — checkout takes name, email, and shipping address. We confirm orders by email within a few minutes of checkout; if you don’t see that email, check spam and then write to us.
Pricing, taxes, and order refusal
Prices on the storefront are in US dollars and exclude sales tax (added at checkout where applicable). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for out-of-stock items, suspected fraud, or pricing errors caused by a typo or platform glitch. In those cases we cancel before charging, or refund in full within 5 business days if the charge already cleared.
Shipping and returns
Full details on our Shipping & Returns page. Short version: we ship within 2–4 business days, accept returns of unopened items within 30 days, and replace anything that arrives damaged or doesn’t agree with your skin.
Intellectual property
The EKGIS Naturals name, logo, product names, packaging design, photography, and website copy are all our work. Please don’t reproduce or use them commercially without asking first. For press, editorial, or stockist coverage, we’re happy to share assets — write to hello@ekgisnaturals.com.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The products on this storefront are body care — they’re not drugs, supplements, or medical devices. Statements on this site haven’t been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to a refund of what you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that can’t legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally — for new product lines, regulatory changes, or simply clearer language. The current version always lives at this page with a "Last updated" date at the bottom. Material changes affecting how we handle orders or returns will also be emailed to anyone with an active order in the prior 60 days.
Sample storefront notice
